Option 1:  Anaheim Free WiFi – The Complimentary Internet is a free service and is available throughout the facility – There is No Password on the Service. This Service is non-supported. It is for light browsing of the Internet & for checking E-Mail.  

Option 2: Exhibitor Internet is $79.99 per day per computer.

As the event provides Complimentary Exhibitor Opportunity, space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to limited availability, electrical access will be reserved for sponsoring organizations. We appreciate your understanding.

A portable with grab-and-go food options will be available on the 3rd floor 

Two food truck options, located at the Grand Plaza: 

Kala Truck - Family inspiration with authentic modern Mexican/Spanish food with recipes passed through generations. Known for their high-quality ingredients with delectable flavors. Cali burrito, baja fish tacos, surf n turf, Cubano, protein bowls, quesadilla, vegan items and more 

Graze Burgers - Award-winning burger and chicken sandwich truck with amazing burger options, fried chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, fries, mac n cheese, veggie/vegan burgers, and more.  

Items dispensed are limited to products manufactured, processed or distributed by the exhibiting firm.

All Items are limited to SAMPLE SIZE and must be distributed from the exhibit location

Non-Alcoholic Beverage samples are limited to a maximum of two fluid ounces of product

Food Items are limited to “Bite Size” portions of 1 oz.

Food and/or beverage items as traffic promoters (i.e. popcorn, coffee, bar service) MUST be purchased through Catering Services.

Firms wanting to distribute sample food and/or beverage at non-industry related events, or larger portions must pay Catering Services a waiver fee equal to 50% of the Catering Services retail price for a similar item.

Exhibiting Firms who wish to contract Catering Services to perform kitchen prep must ship products through the Catering Services Warehouse. Appropriate storage, handling, and labor fees will apply.

The exhibiting firm must provide Catering Services no later than three business days before the first day of the event with a certificate of liability with coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence and Naming ARAMARK Corporation, the City of Anaheim and the Anaheim Convention Center as additional Insured.

Exhibiting firms are not authorized to sell any food or beverage items.

There will be 4 sessions on the day of the event.

An email will be going out 1 week before the event to those registered in the Matchmaking sessions.

Exhibitors can set up and check in the day before the event (4/14/26) from 12PM - 4PM.  

All booths MUST be operational by 8:30AM the day of the event, empty tables will be given to exhibitors on the waitlist.  

Breakdown can begin at 2PM on April 15th.

A table and 2 chairs will be provided

Table size: 6 ft x 30 inches

Space size is 8 ft wide

Tablecloth is not provided 

No Metallic balloons are allowed in the convention center
